Human-Centered Agenda For the Future of Work

Employers and decision makers have ‘duty of care’ towards human workers.

Predictions such as AI and intelligent machines taking over more than 50% of all current workplace tasks in 2025. (World Economic Forum) shouldn’t deter institutions of work from exploring untapped creativity of their workers and leveraging on human-led innovations.

Smart and digitally-driven organizations still need human intelligence to drive business competitiveness and sustainability.

Hence, Future of Work Agenda should be focused on increased investment in humanity.

The Future of Work is HUMAN.
